Little question, can I also "request" a rescue? 
I'm sorry, I'm not nearly active enough in HARPG to keep the foal I adopted. I would like to resell him, or happily return him to the group.
Perfectly understandable, We'd appreciate him coming back to the group but you can do as you widh with him

have you guys ever thought of having a sister group that takes troubled youth with in the harpg universe and has them work with the rescue horses?
Honestly, no one seems too interested in the group itself but it there was enough interest I'd love to implement something like that!
